AC Milan Academy Experience Élite
This football summer camp in Milan is open to students aged 8 to 16, for one or two weeks. Train under AC Milan’s official Youth Team coaches at the club’s iconic Vismara training center, home to the Puma House of Football. A true Rossoneri experience built on 125 years of footballing excellence.
Players train inside AC Milan’s elite facilities (7 training pitches, changing rooms, gym and recovery areas) using the same methodology, GPS tracking and video analysis as the Rossoneri youth academy.

Students stay at the 4★ Quark Hotel Milano, close to the training facility. Double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, house parents at night (approx. 1:6 ratio) and 3 nutritionally balanced meals per day.

Typical Weekly Schedule
Monday
Reception & evaluation. Registration and camp presentation. Athletic tests, technical analysis and first training session: ball control and dribbling.
Tuesday-Wednesday
Technique & tactics. 1v1 game situations, intensive training with GPS tracking, role-specific and individual technique sessions with custom video analytics.
Thursday
Development & competition. Leadership work on the pitch, mental coaching, recovery and injury-prevention techniques, set-piece sessions.
Friday
Optimization & competition. Individual work with AC Milan technicians, personalized performance feedback and progress review.
Weekend (Residential)
Final tournament & celebration. Awards and individual recognition, Meet & Greet with AC Milan Legends, excursions to Casa Milan, Milan sightseeing and Lake Como.

Junior programs are designed for students aged 15-18. Participants are grouped by age and experience to keep every session appropriately challenging and well supervised.
The residential formula includes supervised accommodation, all meals, and a full evening and weekend programme. A day formula is also available for students who prefer to arrange their own stay.
House parents are present on-site every night and Sportech Academy support staff are on call 24/7. Residences are secure, vetted, and selected for safety and proximity to the program venue.
All teaching is delivered in English. No Italian language knowledge is required to take part.
